Fred Woldemariam

Head of Maintenance

Fred was born and raised in San Diego, California, and from a young age, he showed a strong interest in mechanics. He loved taking things apart to understand how they worked, and this passion led him to develop an interest in motors, specifically cars and later motorcycles.

After finishing school, Fred began his career in property management as a leasing agent in the summer of 2014. It was during this time that he met his mentor, Evelyn Kameho, who had 15 years of experience as a multi-family property manager. Under her guidance, Fred learned the ins and outs of being a great manager, not just to the residents but also to his team. He learned to see the bigger picture and understand how to improve it by focusing on the little things, much like the inner workings of a motor.

Fred’s background in mechanics proved to be an asset in his new career. He had a keen eye for detail and was able to identify problems and come up with solutions quickly. His hands-on experience and problem-solving skills helped him excel in his role as a property manager.

Throughout his career, Fred has worked on numerous properties, and his dedication to his job has earned him a reputation as a reliable and effective manager. He takes pride in ensuring that his residents have a comfortable and safe living environment and that his team is happy and productive.

Looking back on his journey, Fred credits his success to his love of mechanics and his mentor, Evelyn Kameho. His passion for understanding how things work and his ability to see the bigger picture have made him a valuable asset to the property management industry, and he continues to use these skills to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
