This was a wonderful place to stay, relax, and even get some work done. Very quiet area and the house was immaculately clean when I arrived. They had every little thing I needed and had an exceptional coffee bar. I’ve stayed in more expensive places which didn’t have some of the amenities to be honest. Beds were comfortable and no issues at all with Wi-Fi or TV (which is important for us). Felt very at home and will definitely use the unit again! Thanks again Konti!

We took a road trip to Jax, FL from Naples, FL during hurricane Ian. This lovely place is such a gem - clean and modern, and it has everything we are looking for. Konti and his team are fantastic! They were easy to communicate, very responsive and always stay on top of their responsibilities! Big thumbs up! It is hosts like Konti (and his team) that made Airbnb experiences more enjoyable. I stayed here for a week while I was out of electricity at my home in Daytona due to Hurricane Ian. It was perfect for my needs, which was a place to work from. Very cute and unique place and also close to to a lot of great local restaurants.

our first time going to Jacksonville and the house was located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood, is in great location near alot of restaurants and stores. the house is very nice and clean. They where kind enough to leave coffee, sugar , oil salt pepper and I mean it was nice of them to leave all this things. the kids enjoyed it the pool and the soccer game table they have. the beds are very comfortable the house has a very nice AC. overall we enjoy it our stay. We will definitely stay here again because of work stuff. thank you so much for making our stay very enjoyable.

This home was excellent in so many ways, it was a great stay, great location, excellent host! Konti and his team were on it with no hesitation. I would stay again, home is just as stated on line. Very easy check -in and check- out. Very clean! Loved it! A definite 5 star in my book.
