Please note that this property is a quadplex, meaning there are four individual units, and you will be accommodated in one of these units during your stay.

Guests will have access to unit #1.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this place and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
Please note that the patio located outside is designated as a shared space for both Unit 1 and Unit 2. As a result, it’s important to understand that there may be occasions when the patio is not in pristine condition, as it is utilized by multiple guests. Since the patio is shared, it is inevitable that other guests will use it, and as a result, cleanliness can vary depending on their usage. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, but we kindly request your understanding in situations where the patio may not meet your expectations due to shared usage.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"Konti and his team were great! Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of damage in the apartment ( bathroom, kitchen and bedroom), has an odd odor, and both the front and back doors have 1 to 2 inch gaps around the door. It made for a very chilly visit. The heater worked great, but the loss of heat due to the gaps in both doors made the livingroom and kitchen almost unbearable. It is in a great location and would be an amazing spot were it not for the few things mentioned above. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance!"
