This 2 bed 1 bath house with a separate dining area and fully-fenced back yard in a comfortable contemporary style.
Guest will have access to the entire home and grounds. Access & wifi codes will be forwarded via messaging prior to arrival.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
There is in unit laundry in the house.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked.
A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ and an HDTV antenna is available but there is NO CABLE.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t, so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more.
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests’ arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside or in the outdoor areas.***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***

"They were very accommodating to my mistake with the check in date. I thank them for that. There were several things that would not be considered 5 star by AIr B & B standards. The dishwasher did not work, there was a bucket under the kitsch sink to catch grey water, a lot of the windows cannot be opened, no cleaning supplies except for dish soap and laundry soap, we ran out of TP, paper towels and kitchen trash bags, the pans for cooking were old or stained and no towels for drying the dishes. These are easy things that can be fixed and should not be over looked. "
