We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"Nice space, comfortable bed. Only issue was noise. Had an issue first night with nextdoor apartment and the host quickly responded to it. My husband and I like it very quiet when we sleep. We found the noise the heater makes was excessive and you will hear a train early morning and late at night. Host was very gracious and responsive. "
"The team was super responsive and checked in on us daily. There was a question on towels…we had 3 for 2 people and 2 wash cloths for 3 nights and they offered to bring more immediately but I declined as we were busy with Christmas and my dogs were there. I truly appreciate how they wanted to fix it immediately and were apologetic. It was not their fault as the cleaning crew was previously there. We would definitely and do plan to stay there in the future. My dogs were comfortable as well. The building is older (remodeled and modern inside) and the furnace constantly runs but def was not an issue. Thank you to your entire team. See ya in the future! "

"We were here for a month. Enjoyed it very much. The apartment is just as the pictures display. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a dishwasher and basic dishes and cookware. The washer/dryer is a plus. Both come with several soap pods to get you started. The walls are thin and we could sometimes hear the people upstairs walking about. However, it wasn't terrible. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a park a few blocks away. We parked in the back - there is a small patio with nice furniture. It was perfect!"
