We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"The inside of this apartment is pristine and looks just like the photos! Very clean and felt comfortable letting my 1 year old walk around. The master bedroom is huge and has a comfortable king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and enough room to set up a pack and play. The in-house laundry is an added bonus! Located convenient to a park (with an awesome playground for kids) and walkable to the beach and Publix. Highly recommend!! "

"The place was clean, but did smell of dog. They also have multiple units in one house. We have small children and would not stay there again out of respect for other guests. Our kids get up really early and that was an issue for another couple staying below us."

"We’ve stayed in numerous places around Jax beach Neptune. And Atlantic as our daughter is an athlete at JU and we come down for all the home games. Wish we had stayed here first - because we will always look here first from now on! Totally walkable to the beach, downtown Jax, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. Great inside and out! Squeaky clean and very comfortable. So many places have been redone nicely in Jax and converted to multi units for rental - this one was done EXTREMELY well. There was someone in all the units - but you still have a feeling of privacy as you don’t hear any noise from the adjoining units. Book with confidence!"
