The guest access of this house is quite accommodating and convenient for those who are looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay:

✔️The unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer, which is perfect for those who want to avoid packing too much clothing.
✔️ Although pick-up and drop-off services are not available, parking is provided right in front of the home. The newly laid paver parking area ensures that parking is hassle-free.
✔️The unit also includes various kitchen amenities, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.

Our 24 / 7 Support team is available to answer any questions guests may have or help fix any issues during their stay. Overall, the guest access of this house is designed to provide guests with everything they need to enjoy their stay comfortably.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"Amazing Stay in Jacksonville! I recently stayed at this property in Jacksonville, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Konti and his team were incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed, even before we arrived. Communication was perfect, and they were more than accommodating when I requested an earlier check-in by an hour – no problem at all! The property itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. A thoughtful touch was the numbered bikes for each unit, complete with air pumps, which added to the convenience and fun of exploring the area. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus, and overall, the hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Jacksonville beach!"
"We had a nice stay. Apartment is cute. We did have a hiccup with the AC units (which is just something that happens in Florida hottest time of the year. Not uncommon) and they not only offered us another unit until it was fixed, they had someone there within a few hours to fix it. Host came by as well twice to make sure it was working properly and that we didn't need anything. Such nice people, and wonderful to deal with. We were there during an incredibly stressful time at the hospital and it was a cozy, comfortable, clean place to rest."
