We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

Tasteful furnishings, older structure rennovated well with all the most modern appliances, and easy to access. Served all my needs very well. "This is a nice apartment on the quiet side of Jacksonville Beach, far away from traffic and crowds but an easy walk or bike ride. Host always responded within ten minutes or so to issues with the place such as changing a bike that didn't fit. The unit is four blocks from the Maple Street Biscuit restaurant and a few more blocks from the OG, Beachside Seafood."
"We had a nice and relaxing three-night stay at the Sea Turtle aka Konti’s place. The unit was big enough for a couple and has the amenities to keep the home-away-from-home ambiance. Although the pebbled walkway adds to the beach feel, it would be nice if a portion is paved for rolling suitcases especially for muscle challenged guests. We appreciate how quickly the team responded to our questions and facilitated whatever item we want resolved. Overall, our stay was comfortable, thanks to Konti and his efficient team! "
"Konti’a place was our hideaway away from home during a hurricane and it was fantastic! We were surprised by the outdoor front area with the seating area and loved that! The location is also great, can walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We loved Jax beach! "
"Extremely responsive and accommodating! We had booked last minute (3am day of check in) and were accepted fairly quickly. All amenities are as listed and made our stay beyond worth it. We unfortunately did request to cut our stay short, but only due to Hurricane Milton. A partial refund was immediately issued no questions asked. Will definitely plan to come back here due to the service, cleanliness, and overall location. It’s just as listed and so well-designed. The studio was really cozy without feeling overcrowded between two people and two cats! Other notes: If you enjoy short treks, this place is a 20 min walk/5 min bike ride to Jax Beach Access with only one major road to cross and plenty of crosswalks. A lot of shopping areas and good eats all around."

"This is a lovely place, the location was just blocks from beach and restaurants. It was a pleasant walk to the business area, the neighborhood seemed quite and safe. The pictures were representative of the space. It is a good find for the cost. "
