We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"There’s not any images missing in the description. This is a room, with a bed, a kitchen, & a full bathroom. That being said, who needs anything else? The backyard/patio area was super cute, very easy to spend time there. Jax Beach is beautiful, this is a wonderful spot to step in & out of. Inside of the room was clean, cute, & comfortable. How presumptuous can a small room with just a bed in it be? Precisely the right amount, great stay. "
"Pros: Super close to Publix, responsive host, clean smelling laundry with decent towels. Good for minimalists traveling to beach. Cons: Laundry is outside with no light, and was advertised as spacious beach house but its really a small studio in a multi unit, it seems bigger in photos. Also, had a bunch of laundry left in the dryer when I arrived, but it was resolved."
"I may be an anomaly but didn’t have the same experience. There was a strong musty odor in the main area and sulfur smell in the bathroom that would not subside with my running the exhaust and ceiling fan. I felt like I was smelling the other renters’ restrooms. The musty smell ended up attaching to my work clothes. The remote needed to be replaced and someone kept parking in my reserved space. I attempted to do laundry several times throughout my week stay and there was always something left by the cleaners. Eventually I had to move through their laundry in order to do mine. It’s evident cleaning staff only do a superficial clean, if at all. There was hair and stains throughout that would have been cleaned with an actual wipe down and mopping. I didn’t want to touch the lamps to use them because they were so dusty. As someone else mentioned, you can hear everything the neighboring units say and do. Someone else also gets to park right outside the door, so you hear them come and go. "
"This airbnb was very nice. I was worried it wasn’t going to be tall enough for my height but it was actually perfect. I love how its by the beach, very peaceful and quiet. It was just enough room and Konti was very responsive when i had any questions or concerns. It’s perfect for a couple to stay and spend the weekend. The only concern was it was soooo much stomping from the neighbors above but other than that it was very pleasant. "
"Konti’s place was perfect. I couldn’t ask for better place. The bed was one of the most comfortable one I’ve used in an Airbnb especially after coming in tired from doing a three pilgrimage. I will book again in the future. "
"First time booking an Airbnb and I must say; it was a great experience! Check in/check out was easy and the room was perfect. Communication with Konti was instructive and I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what I needed to do once I arrived. One slight complaint was hearing every little footfall the people/dogs upstairs were making:( I suggested carpet/thick area rug to muffle the sounds. Outside of that; it was a great stay! I’ll definitely book with Konti and his team again on my next visit to Jacksonville:) "

Having the beach bikes available to use was a huge plus! We got engaged during our stay, so this place will forever be special to us. We will definitely book again! "
"I really enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the quick responses and an easy check in. I would definitely recommend to stay here and if we come back to Jacksonville we would love to stay here again. The extra towels and all the utensils were appreciated too even though our stay was short. Our hosts were very quick to respond and were incredibly detailed which made our stay so much easier. "
