Our studio apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want a cozy and comfortable space to stay in.
This one bedroom & one bathroom studio apartment provides privacy and a cozy atmosphere. A king size bed offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 2 guests.
Minimum booking of two nights, this space is an excellent option for a short stay.
Our apartment also features free parking on premises and free street parking, making it easy for you to bring your own vehicle or rent one during your stay.
The outdoor area is equipped with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air.
Additionally, the space offers a variety of amenities that make it easy for guests to feel at home.
Our studio offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests:

✔️ The Internet is available with wifi access.
✔️ TV with standard cable is also provided for entertainment purposes.
✔️ A wash and dryer is available on site for convenience.
✔️ Guests can enjoy free parking on premises as well as free street parking.
✔️ Self check-in is available with smart locks for added security and ease of access.
✔️ Guests can cook their own meals using the stove, oven, and kitchen space provided, and the utensils, dishes, and silverware are all free to use.
✔️ The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker also provide added convenience.
✔️ Towels and soap are included, so guests don’t have to worry about bringing their own.
All in all, this property provides guests with a comfortable, convenient and secure stay.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer – 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter – 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property – inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

"Our week stay in Jacksonville Beach was great. Konti's place was exactly as we had expected and the cozy studio had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the laundry was very helpful and the beach was an easy walk just a few blocks to the east. There were bikes available to use but we just walked most places. It was a short drive to shopping centers and grocery stores if we needed anything so having a car is helpful. It was also a great spot for visiting places nearby like Ponte Vedra or St. Augustine. Konti and his team were helpful, proactive and responsive when we had questions or needed anything. It was a great value and we would stay here again if in the area."
